We offer “hard money rehab loans” for investors only in “North Carolina and South Carolina”. As part of our business practices, we also serve as consultants for investors guiding them to network with other investors and educating them in locating and structuring transactions.

CHM “Investor Loan” Programs:

Carolina Hard Money, LLC provides “Hard Money Rehab Loans” for investors in “North and South Carolina” who qualify for our programs. Properties currently financed include single-family residences (stick built and true modular), multifamily to 8 units, and FHA approved condos and town homes. LTV will vary according to property and strength of borrower. Up to 70% financing is available base on the after repaired value of the home. Seller seconds and gift money are not allowed on our programs. Loan amounts can be as low as $40,000.00.
