We finance up to 90% of the purchase and 100% of the rehab costs up to 70% of the ARV, 3-3.5 points, rates starting at 11.99%, 6 to 9-month terms and interest-only payments.

Construction
We finance up to 85% Loan to Cost and maximum 70% ARV, 3-3.5 points, rates starting at 11.99% with a 12-month term and interest-only payments.
Commercial Properties

Long-Term Financing
For Multi-Family Units under 50 doors, we offer rates as low as 7% fixed for a 30-year term. We finance up to 75% LTV, $75K-$2M, DSCR 1.2X.
